1. Who we are

GroPsyc is an early-stage concept being validated by Grovolo. We are not yet an active care provider, funding platform, or registered healthcare organisation. This page describes how we handle information collected through this website during the validation phase.

2. What information we collect

When you submit the contact form on this website, we may collect:

• The role you identify with (person seeking support, psychologist, or potential sponsor)
• The message you write
• Your email address, only if you choose to provide it

We do not collect your name, location, clinical history, financial details, or any other personal information unless you explicitly include it in your message. We strongly advise you not to include sensitive personal or clinical information in your message at this stage.

3. How we use your information

The information you submit is used solely to:

• Understand whether the problem GroPsyc aims to solve is real and widely felt
• Identify what safeguards and features would be necessary if a pilot were to proceed
• Reply to your message, if you provided an email address and requested a response

We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, automated decision-making, or any commercial purpose unrelated to the validation of this concept.

4. Who sees your information

Messages are received by the GroPsyc project team at Grovolo. We use Resend to deliver contact form submissions by email. Resend processes message data as a data processor on our behalf. No other third parties receive your submission.

We do not sell, share, or publish your information.

5. How long we keep your information

Contact form submissions are kept only as long as necessary to evaluate the validation findings, and no longer than 12 months from the date of submission. If you provided an email address, we will delete it upon your request.

6. Your rights

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of any information we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of your information
• Withdraw consent for us to hold your data at any time

7. Cookies and tracking

This website uses Google Analytics only if you accept analytics consent in the banner. If you decline analytics consent, the Google Analytics script is not loaded and analytics events are not sent.

When analytics is enabled, we use it to understand high-level validation activity such as page views, role selection, CTA clicks, contact form submission status, and support link clicks.

We do not send your contact form message, email address, sensitive personal details, clinical information, or any other form content to Google Analytics.

Your analytics choice is stored in your browser's local storage so we can remember it on future visits.

8. Changes to this policy

If the GroPsyc concept moves beyond validation and becomes an active platform, this policy will be updated to reflect the expanded scope of data processing. We will update the effective date at the top of this page when changes are made.
